We accept returns under the following conditions:

- The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

- Products returned without original packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items (such as potties or feeding items) if used

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours.

💰 Refunds
