📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as potties or feeding items) if used

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours.

💰 Refunds
